Dawson Street runs parallel to Grafton Street, which joins Duke Street and South Anne Street. The area is at the heart of Dublin's main shopping and business district. It is home to many well-known companies and brands stores such as Brown Thomas, Zara, Ted Baker, Hugo Boss and Tommy Hilfiger. The attractiveness of this location has been further strengthened by the metro station, which was completed in December 2017 and the entrance to it is literally on the doorstep of the property.
RECONSTRUCTION
The investor, who initiated the work on the renewal of the building at Dawson Street was the company Reit Green Plc, which sought to expand its portfolio of high-quality commercial properties in Ireland that provide income and capital growth for shareholders. After the reconstruction building at Dawson Street gained of the façade of solid bronze and extensive frontage of approximately 40 meters. The commercial premises are locate on the ground floor and the one underground floor. Project which was designed by HJL Architects provided for arrangement of the space on the lower levels on an open plan, which made it possible to occupy the entire retail premises or to divide it into several smaller stores. High-quality office spaces are located on the higher floors. The premises have been designed to meet the highest requirements. They are about 5 meters high from floor to ceiling, with clean floor tiles without columns and a series of passages to the lower ground floor.
EFFECT
The investment was completed in the fourth quarter of 2017. A high-class commercial building with tasteful, minimalist finishes was created.
